What are your working hours?

Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM.
Do you offer onsite printer repair?

Yes, for supported areas in Hyderabad and Secunderabad. Some repairs need the printer at our service centre.
Can you repair my printer the same day?

Sometimes. It depends on technician availability, location, printer model, parts and the fault. Contact us to check.
Do you refill cartridges and toners?

Yes, we refill supported ink and toner cartridges and also supply new toners, cartridges and ink bottles.

Will I get an estimate before the repair?

Yes. We diagnose the printer first and explain the cost before any repair work starts.
Which printer types do you repair?

Which cartridges can be refilled?

Many common HP, Canon, Epson and Brother cartridges. Share the cartridge number to confirm.
Do you sell genuine toners?

We supply genuine and compatible consumables. See the products page and ask us about your model.
Business & AMC
Do you offer printer AMC?

Yes, AMC arrangements for offices, schools, clinics and retailers. Terms are agreed before signing.
Can you service multiple printers at our office?

Yes, onsite servicing for multiple printers can be scheduled in supported areas.
